Mark Rawstron

Mark RawstronMark is a formerly head of GVA's (Commercial Property Agents) Manchester office and main UK Board Director with over 30 years experience as a commercial property advisor. Specialising in investment and development funding he has been involved in some of the North West region's largest investment, development and regeneration projects where he advised both the private and the public sector.

A former member of the Investment Property Forum and British Council for Offices he also sat on the Board of Matrix Homes, a joint venture between Manchester City Council and GMPVF which was  set up to deliver housing on challenging sites throughout Greater Manchester.

He was born and still lives in East Lancashire.

Since retiring from GVA in December 2016 he has taken up a board position with Chrysalis, the Merseyside based regeneration fund. In their spare time he and his wife run the village pub which they rescued from closure a number of years ago.
