Cliff Robson

Cliff Robson  is Director of Industrial Capability at Military Air and Information, the air sector arm of BAE Systems. He has 27 years' experience in the aerospace and defence industry. After graduating with a first class honours degree in Mechanical Engineering and a 12 month spell in the nuclear industry working on fast breeder reactors at Dounreay, Cliff joined the BAE Systems legacy company, British Aerospace, at its plant in Brough, East Yorkshire as a Systems Engineer.

During his career he has worked in various engineering, project management and operations roles at numerous sites throughout the UK. These roles have included Production Director at Brough, Director of Integrated Operations and Deputy Managing Director, Combat Air for the Military Air business of BAE Systems. He has also had extensive involvement in working with partners in the Middle East, particularly Saudi Arabia.
